I dropped off my Durango on a Friday afternoon, before a three day weekend, was informed that they most likely would not be able to get to it until Tuesday, which was not an issue. Received a call around 9am on Tuesday from Richie explaining what they had found and the cost to repair. Their cost estimate was less than a third of what a different shop had quoted for the same work. Authorized them to make the repairs and they had it finished by the end of that day. Went in for state inspection/emissions and was very satisfied with the prompt and excellent service. Technicians went above and beyond to assist with a small problem. I will definitely return should I need anything for our other vehicles. Strongly recommend.
