I took in for oil change, inspection and to replace a tail light. The tail light is still out. I still need to see if we were charged for the replacement or not. The rest was done plus found much more to do. I find things inconsistent here. Some times great, next time not so great.

I apologize for the light not being changed, I did check the invoice and you were not charged. Either way this is still a mistake on our part if you would like to bring in the car at your convenience we will change the bulb at not charge for the inconvenience of having to bring the car back. Again Sorry for missing the light bulb hopefully we can re earn your trust.

A rumbling sound from the rear passenger side tire of my vehicle was diagnosed by another mechanic shop as a faulty hub assembly. I took the new hub assembly to D&D to have them replace it, thinking that this was the problem. They said "Let us check it out and we will give you a call to let you know what we find" Twenty minutes later they informed me that all I needed was a new tire. They saved me money and a headache. I will always go to D&D whenever there is a repair that is beyond my abilities. I even trust them over the dealership. #RealTalk

After weeks of research on the net and observation of my cars vibration problem, I wrote my 2 pages of findings, including detailed observation of what exactly is taking place when I'm driving. When I initially visited D&D to set up an appointment they read all of it! I set an appointment and they were able to repair my cars vibration and brake problem. The car drives like new. Thanks for reading, listening to what I wrote and said. I think I saved some money and made their job easier, something that I found not many people in the forums on the net with similar problems were able to say.It was the first time that I used them as I'm new in the area.
