I brought our car in for an AC problem (which they diagnosed) D&D notice a very dangerous front tire that I was unaware of, called and sent me pictures of the HUGE bubble coming out of the inner side of one of the tires. It was really big and would have blown at any time. They replaced the front tires and didn't charge me for the AC Diagnoses - (which they will repair shortly). Careful, reasonable and pleasant to deal with, all of which make it a bit more palatable when you have to spend a bunch of money on something that (I at least) would rather just keep magically working...

We were looking to purchase a car for my son and found one in Leesburg that looked good on paper, but we wanted to have a mechanic look at it first. We called D & D to see if they'd be able to fit us in that day. Joe answered and said they'd be happy to help us. We brought the car by and Joe said it would be done in an hour. As promised, it took only an hour. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained the minor problems found on the car. I was quoted a price and that's what I was charged. There was one issue Joe recommended we ask the dealership about. After talking to the dealership, I called Joe to get his opinion. He was happy to answer even more questions I had over the phone. D & D is an honest shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. You get that small town, treat you like a friend feeling when you're there. I really wish I lived closer because I would use them for all my car repairs. If you live in Leesburg you should definitely use them!

I was delighted with the service I received. D&D Automotive was able to order me a new tire and replace it within the day. Joe was helpful in explaining the options, and giving a realistic time estimate. Most importantly, they charged a fair price, and didn't "discover" other problems with my vehicle, as is so often the case at other shops. Highly recommend!

I trust them to provide honest, reasonable maintenance -- they haven't disappointed me yet! It's great having one less thing to worry about. I recommend them to all.
