I am horrified by the one negative post that charges these sweet folks with racism. I happen to be of African American decent and have been very well taken care of by D & D since I came down to the area on assignment last fall. Today I had an issue and they went out of their way to get to my car immediately. Other customers, who also happened to be Euro American, were asking me if I was ok and asked if I needed a ride somewhere. I actually didn't because D & D folks were taking care of me immediately. And like the other rave reviews they receive, they did not 'pad my tab'. They fixed the problem with precision and charged a very reasonable price. Are they racist? NO. Are they wonderful human beings? You bet. I am so blessed to have them taking care of me and couldn't ask for a better, more fair mechanic. Woohoo! As good as it gets for sure!

Walked in at opening time without and appointment to have emissions and safety check done. They had me out in time to get to DMV before they opened. They advised of some break work that needed to be done, and gave me a competitive quote, but did not pressure me.

Excellent first impression. Did not try to sell additional service, but did advise of potential tire isssue. Appreciated the notification
