I put in a receiver hitch for my wife's new Jeep Wrangler but couldn't finish the last bolt due to lack of clearance. Brought it to D&D and it was done in ten minutes-- and I made my wife happy :)

A worker named mike has a terrible customer service attitude, he is a racist and uses profanity without any shame. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have his car serviced there as long as mike works there.

The crew at D&D will definitely be my go to guys. They took care of my service as well as took the time to verify a couple concerns I had with my older model Jeep. Joe even suggested a great coffee shop not too far away that I could go to so that I wouldn't have to stay at the shop while I wait for my service to be done. I highly recommend D&D to everyone!

After weeks of research on the net and observation of my cars vibration problem, I wrote my 2 pages of findings, including detailed observation of what exactly is taking place when I'm driving. When I initially visited D&D to set up an appointment they read all of it! I set an appointment and they were able to repair my cars vibration and brake problem. The car drives like new. Thanks for reading, listening to what I wrote and said. I think I saved some money and made their job easier, something that I found not many people in the forums on the net with similar problems were able to say.It was the first time that I used them as I'm new in the area.

I just moved to Leesburg from Arlington. My car had been having issues, so brought it in based off of the good reviews I saw on Yelp and they called me back the next day and said I needed a new transmission. They gave me a quote, but also told me the story of another customer who had the same car and was able to go to the dealer and get one for free because of a known issue/extended warranty (although no recall). After arguing with the dealer for 22 days they finally agreed it is the transmission and needs to be replaced. It took the dealer 22 days!! to do what these guys did in a few hours. They also didn't have to tell me to check with the dealer or tell me about the other woman's story. In a world where it's hard to know who to trust, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else now! Thanks guys!
